PATIENT INFORMATION

For your convenience we accept cash, cheques, online bank transfers and all credit cards. We are also able to process your insurance claim on the day of treatment with hicaps if you have your dental extras card with you.

Because there is a financial solution for everyone we are able to deliver the highest level of comprehensive care for all our patients. Before a new treatment plan is commenced, fees and payment options will be discussed with you. We are happy to discuss a variety of payment arrangements with you to facilitate the progress of your treatment. Payment options for advanced dentistry include 12-month interest free loans, direct debit from your personal account and Work in Progress payments. Clients paying by direct debit or Work in Progress receive monthly statements.

Fees for children under 18 years remain the responsibility of the adult scheduling the appointment.
