PATIENT INFORMATION

We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We appreciate the value of your time and except in emergency situations, you can expect us to be on time for you. We expect the same courtesy. If for some reason you are unable to attend your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to reschedule your appointment and enables us to bring forward another patient who prefers to be seen sooner. Failure to contact us with sufficient warning may result in a broken appointment fee.

Dentistry in Elwood is open by appointment Monday to Friday 7:45am – 6.00pm and Saturdays 7:45am – 1.00pm.
